Who they are for
Food
Regulations change, recipes are updated, today's batch has to be printed today: every change to ingredients or nutrition values makes the labels in stock obsolete. An egg producer packing 3-4 million eggs a year prints in-house a different design for every combination of pack size and weight, and after the first machine installed a second one.
Wine, beer and beverages
Vintages, cuvées, limited brews: every product has a label of its own, often in just a few hundred pieces. Printing in-house you number the bottles of a special edition with no minimum order and change the vintage in a day, not in three weeks.
Cosmetics and personal care
Very long INCI lists in tiny type, PAO, batch number, and a look that has to hold its own on a premium shelf. You print on clear film for a no-label look, update the formulation without scrapping stock, and handle samples and mini sizes that no supplier accepts below their minimums.
Chemical and industrial
GHS labels with compliant pictograms, resistant to solvents, rubbing and harsh environments. Safety statements change with the classification, and printing them in-house means updating them without waiting for the supplier.
Logistics and traceability
Sequential numbering, QR codes, batch and expiry codes that differ on every piece. Variable data is printed in the same pass as the graphics: no second operation, no blank label to overprint.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it worth printing labels in-house rather than buying them from a supplier?
The comparison starts with the cost of a label produced in-house against the external purchase price, but that is not the whole picture: in-house, minimum orders disappear, and so do the stocks that become obsolete every time the wording changes, and the waiting times. We help you run the numbers on your real volumes.
Can I print labels in short runs?
Yes: digital printing has no setup costs, so even a few dozen pieces are economically viable.
What label printing technologies are there?
Mainly dye inkjet (Memjet), pigment inkjet and LED toner: they differ in output, durability and cost. At our Demo Center you can compare them on your own materials.
Do I need printing industry skills to print labels?
No. The systems we distribute are designed for operators with no printing background: simple interface, quick roll changeover and colour profiles already set up.
How does technical support work?
Direct support from certified engineers in Italy. Routine maintenance contracts and guaranteed spare parts with fast shipping.
Where do I buy blank labels and consumables?
In our online shop, with fast delivery and dedicated support.
Can I test the printer on my own materials?
Yes. At our Demo Center in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan) you bring your own substrates and print live, so you can judge output and durability before deciding.
