AURUMPRESS is a compact, robust and reliable hydraulic thermal printing machine, but also quiet and easy to use, for printing with silver and metallic foils, in pastel colors or even simply glossy transparent to highlight logos and writings.

AURUMPRESS allows you to print on any type and size of surface including the sides of the shoppers that are not perfectly flat and without color restrictions, from classic white or brown porous packaging, to cartons of various sizes and types, to medium in dark colors, in addition to patinated, glossy and transparent packaging and harder materials such as wood, glass, plastic materials, TNT to natural and synthetic leather.
Finally, an easy and effective solution for printing luxury packaging, that segment that prefers quality and perfection and that needs to imprint its brand even on dark-colored packaging, having the certainty of an excellent and long-lasting result.
On wooden supports, it also allows you to make permanent hot engravings and, depending on the pressure and the contact time of the cliché, the result is prints of a different color, from a soft golden beige to an intense brown color.
This printer also allows hot pressure printing on smooth or curved materials to imprint the writing of the cliché in negative: these are pressed without foil that use only pressure and heat, which leave the logo or writing you want imprinted, creating a very elegant negative effect.
This printer also allows customization on existing lines after ad hoc study of what are the characteristics of the production line and the customer's requests.

HOW DOES AURUMPRESS WORK

This innovative printing system is characterized by the presence of a swan neck that allows the supports to be printed in various formats and with high pressure power where necessary.
AURUMPRESS has essentially three applications:

• printing with neutral films or pastel colors, but also metallic, glossy and transparent
• direct hot pressing on the support to negatively imprint the logo or the writing of the cliché
• hot stamping on wood, which, depending on the pressure and the time spent on the surface, allows to obtain colors in various shades from beige to brown

The chosen film is transferred from the film (metallized, neutral or with pastel colors) to the surface of the object to be printed, which can be smooth or even irregular: the precision of the result does not change.
It is also possible to print rounded or rounded surfaces, soft or hard.
The upper part of the machine contains a raised cliché: through heat, the cliché allows the transfer of color from the foil to the object to be printed, thus allowing to preserve the brilliance of the metallic and metallized films on any type of support, both opaque and glossy.
