Digital Printer for In-House Box & Packaging
ThunderBox is Print Solution's entry-level box printer: designed for SMEs bringing packaging printing in-house for the first time. With HP single-pass inkjet technology, it reaches speeds up to 28 m/min at up to 1200×1200 dpi on corrugated board and paper.
The dedicated conveyor belt holds the substrate in place during printing, even on large-format corrugated boards up to 100 cm wide and 15 cm thick. Ideal for wine boxes, footwear packaging, beverages, cosmetics, e-commerce and retail.
CMYK water-based pigment inks are solvent-free and odourless. The dispensing system reduces print costs by up to 40% compared to GreenBox 2, with 237–498 ml cartridges per colour to minimise replacement time.
Industry 4.0 Ready certified and eligible for 2026 fiscal incentives, ThunderBox is designed for businesses starting in-house printing. With the 180% fiscal enhancement for 4.0 capital goods, the real cost of the machine drops by up to 43%.
