It was created to expand the range of AB2500 box makers, and was designed with the aim of satisfying the demand for personalized packaging of small and medium runs with different shapes. It was designed with the FAN FOLD system that allows you to produce boxes of any type and model you want, requiring about 1-3 seconds to change the format without having to change the material and reducing waste to a minimum.
THE EQUIPMENT OF AB2500F
AB2500F is equipped with an AUTOMATIC feeder that supports up to 8 sheets of fan-folded cardboard, eliminating the need for individual pre-cut sheets and reducing waste to a minimum. In addition, thanks to the robustness of its components, it gives great reliability, reducing maintenance to a minimum, allowing for great accuracy of the results obtained through its always precise and constant acceleration (even at high speeds). And finally, it allows you to minimize jams, this is because the power supply is equipped with suction and thanks to the vacuum that is created, it allows a work that is always precise and clean.
THE GROOVING AND ENGRAVING SYSTEM that AB2500F is equipped with, uses for its two 500 mm blades integrated symmetrically into a single radius, made of a special steel from Japan that (SKD11) that makes them more resistant. In addition, it ensures precise and clean cardboard edges after cutting, ensuring an unparalleled quality of work.
