This system is able to produce the darkest black ever achieved by a CMY printer, thanks to the high optical density of the black process. Big Ink™ cartridges also offer greater water resistance and are compatible with a wide range of specialty labels. In addition, cartridge technology makes Big Ink™ cartridges much more resistant to smudging than black carbon-based cartridges used separately from other printers.
